Prior to joining 5plus in 2016 Emmet ran his own practice working across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, residential, retail, leisure one-off houses.

He studied at The Manchester School of Architecture. Emmet is now part of our Associate team and is a trained Commercial Mediator.

He utilises his mediation and negotiation skills whilst liaising with clients, statutory bodies, fellow professionals and the public.
