Stockley Park is located within the London Borough of Hillingdon, approximately 25km / 15 miles west of Central London and just three miles north of Heathrow Airport. 5 The Square is one of six office properties fronting a central, landscaped square within the Stockley Park Business Park Development. The entrance, core services had already become outmoded and the marketability of the space had become compromised.
The Cat A refurbishment delivers a workplace comparable to new build Grade A office standards, this involved the replacement of the HVAC services and addition of cycle store and shower facilities.
The radical transformation of the approach entrance and reception experience and re-cladding of the building façade dramatically refreshes the appearance of the building. The refurbishment fundamentally re positions the building in the marketplace and provides an occupier experience befitting of a large HQ type office building entering in to an exciting and dynamic new letting ‘life-cycle’.
