The retrofit of this existing building will allow TAP to maintain their presence on the campus of the existing airport, and not to decant elsewhere to generic, speculative office space.
The building is to be reimagined to suit current and future work patterns and trends, and in doing so it will represent the most ethical and sustainable use of existing resources, while maintaining TPA’s long historic, cultural, and social ties to both the airline operations, and the wider airport and its community.
The building will be exemplar, bespoke, as-new, and will be a true enabler of workplace and cultural change.
